	Gustav Renlund (Managing Director & Senior Consultant) has worked as a manager and consultant in the recruitment industry for more than seven years. Prior to that he managed a high tech start-up in the mobile robotics industry after having held sales and marketing positions at IBM and LaCie. Gustav holds a Business Degree in Human Resources and Marketing (Uppsala University, Sweden) as well as an Executive Masters Degree in Management of Technology (MoT, EPFL/UniLausanne/UT Austin).
	Penda Coulibaly (Recruitment Consultant) has more than ten years of experience in International Trade, most of which have been focusing on Shipping and Trading activities out of France and Switzerland. Her strong interpersonal and managerial skills as well as her drive for perfection deliver remarkable results for her clients. Penda's extensive local and international network covers most fields of the International Trade business. Penda is bilingual French-English and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from France.
	Mathieu Tolle (Junior Recruitment Consultant) relies on an international exposure with a career start as a Jr Marketing Manager at a real estate company based in Florida/USA. Returning to Switzerland, he acted as a Key account manager in the automotive industry where he gained a solid experience in international sales development and proved being a highly professional and successful customer relationship manager. Mathieu is a graduate in International Trade from France, who earned several successes in negotiation contests.
