The 4 steps of the ActiTalent Recruitment Process

As illustrated above the ActiTalent recruitment process consists of four steps:

 

  1. Profiling: Based on an in-depth analysis as to the objectives, needs and background of the position, the ActiTalent consultant and the customer build a detailed multiparameter requirements profile of the person to be hired.
  2. Sourcing: Using a wide range of internal and external sourcing channels ActiTalent identifies a "longlist" of potential candidates for the position.
  3. Selection: After the pre-selection meetings, each candidate is evalutated on such parameters as skill, experience, personality and cultural fit. The remaining candidates on the "short list" are presented with a full profile including resumes and test evaluations.
  4. Closing: actively driving both candidate and customer, the ActiTalent consultant ensures that a go/no-go decision is reached in as short a time as possible

 

The ActiTalent consultant ensures transparancy throughout the process and takes a proactive role in driving each step forward.
